Choose your Service and Tutor

First thing in order to book your appointment is to choose what service are you looking for. There are 3 category of services in our entire website.

• Online Tutoring (5 Services)
• Admission Services (4 services)
• Counselling (2 Services)

You may choose only one service from a drop down menu. You may then choose a Tutor/Service Provider in case you know one. It is recommended to leave this as is, because in the next steps you can see all possible Tutor/Service Providers.

What are the extras when book your appointment?

Extras are options that may save you time and money in the booking process. Number and type of extras are different for various services. For instance, the following are extras for all online tutoring services:

• 1 Extra Person
• 2 Extra People
• 1 Extra Hour
• 1 Extra Person + 1 Extra Hour
• 2 Extra People + 1 Extra Hour

Some extras are associated with significant discount. For example if one chooses “1 Extra Person”, both students automatically get 25% discount. Or if one chooses “2 Extra People”, all 3 students automatically get 40% off.

Calendar: date and time slot to book your appointment

Now is the time for you to schedule date and time that fits to your and tutor availability. You will see a calendar in booking process. Once you choose a date, time slots will appear and you can only choose one of them.

Recurring Sessions

Most of students need more that one session to cover all their problems in physics and math. One may want to have a weekly session, which is extremely common among students. if that’s the case with you, don’t worry. You may simply click on “Repeat this Appointment” and then press Continue.

The followings can be set in recurring session page:

1. Recurring daily, weekly and monthly
2. You may also choose how many days, weeks or month would between 2 consecutive sessions.
3. You can also choose total number of recurring sessions.

Once you chose all you needed and clicked on continue, a new page which includes list of all recurring sessions will appear, and you may check and edit all. If all done, Click Continue.

Payment Methods to book your appointment

There are two payment methods that you may choose from:

PayPal is one of them. If you have a PayPal account you may choose this option. In fact, even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your own credit card through PayPal.

The second option is “Credit Card”. In this option you will pay through STRIPE using your own credit card.

Coupon Codes and Discount

If you have a Coupon Code you may add it at the bottom of the final page. Once click on the check mark discount will apply to your balance and final total will appear below it.

Notification emails

Once you confirm complete the booking process, by default, status of your sessions is set to “pending” for approval. However, you will receive an email which includes all the booked sessions.

Once sessions was approved, you will get a second email in which all approved sessions are listed. This email also have all you need to attend your meeting through ZOOM meeting link.

Zoom Meeting

All our tutoring and counselling services will be through ZOOM meeting. Your teacher or service provider is your host in the meeting.

Your Personal Page

You will get a link to your personal page on our website through which you may see, reschedule or even cancel your appointments. The first time users must set up their own password

Cancel, Reschedule & Refund policy

Since our payments is through PayPal and Stripe our general refund police is compatible with theirs. The following is other elements of our refund policy:

• You may want to cancel a single non-recurring session at least 48 hours prior to the starting time of that session. In this case , you are eligible to a full refund. otherwise, you are eligible of 50% refund.
• In case of no-show, once the client does not show up at the approved scheduled session client will get no refund.
• In case of recurring sessions, you may cancel the whole sessions at least 48 hours prior to the starting time of the first session.
• You may reschedule a session at least 48 hours prior to the starting time of that session.
